Site Manager - Integrated Security Systems (Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead critical integrated security systems installation and infrastructure works at the Harker substation in Cumbria. This is a high-impact contract role requiring a professional capable of managing complex technical environments and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Missions principales

• Oversee all civil engineering works, including fencing, gates, and perimeter protection (electric fencing / PID).
• Supervise the installation and integration of electronic security systems, such as VSS (Video Surveillance Systems), access control, and alarm systems.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors and onsite teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Enforce strict Health & Safety protocols and ensure full compliance with site-specific requirements.

Profil recherché

• Proven track record in managing civil engineering projects and/or complex security systems installations.
• Must hold valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Must hold a valid First Aid at Work certification.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors in a technical environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to report progress and manage stakeholder expectations.
