Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our One Exchange Square location in London. The role involves ensuring the site runs smoothly during standard office hours and handling occasional call‑out duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities on the site, ensuring all services are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to maintain site standards.
• Monitor health and safety compliance and address any issues promptly.
• Organise and respond to on‑call duties, with a call‑out frequency of one in four weeks.
• Maintain accurate records of site performance and report to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site or facilities management.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
• Ability to respond to occasional on‑call responsibilities.
