Site Manager – Lifts Background Essential

About the role

Otis is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations for NE/Mod repairs and servicing at the Sellafield site. The role requires a strong lift‑industry background, leadership of site meetings, programme updates and adherence to site processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the three absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Financial Control at all times.
• Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) are in place and conduct safety checks, inspections and briefings.
• Organise tooling, logistics and the flow of materials to meet project timelines.
• Plan off‑hire tooling, commissioning and interface activities.
• Control site resources, coach staff, and record attendance for all site entries.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the lift industry, preferably from a lift‑engineering background.
• Experience managing engineers and onsite teams.
• IT literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Organised, results‑driven and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Good planning, problem‑solving abilities and a focus on excellent customer service.
