Site Manager – £270/day Construction Project

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a £24 million construction project in Guildford. You will work alongside another Site Manager, supporting the delivery and successful completion of the site over a ten‑month period.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects.
- SMSTS certification.
- Asbestos Awareness certification.
- Fire Marshall certification.
- Black CSCS Card.
- Strong understanding of site health, safety and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with another Site Manager and the wider project team.
- British National status due to security requirements.
What we offer
- Rate of £270 per day, working hours 7:00 am‑4:00 pm.
- Approximately ten months of work, finishing June 2027.
- Opportunity to contribute to a £24 million project.
- Supportive site management structure with an existing Site Manager.
- Immediate start subject to DBS clearance.
