Site Manager – Railway Arch Conversion (Central London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the conversion of railway arches into high‑quality retail and commercial spaces across multiple live projects in Central London. This 4‑month contract offers a dynamic environment delivering a £750,000 project for a leading client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities across several concurrent projects.
• Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate site records and project documentation.
• Liaise with the client, project team and stakeholders throughout the programme.

Required profile

• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Asbestos Awareness training.
• Fire Marshal training.
• Own laptop and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
• Desirable: previous experience on utilities or rail projects.
