Site Manager – Super‑Prime Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Site Manager to lead high‑end residential projects in Prime Central London and the Home Counties. You will work closely with the Project Manager and a tight‑knit team to deliver luxury refurbishments, extensions and bespoke fit‑outs valued between £5 million and £10 million.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for complex residential schemes.
• Manage programme schedules, quality control and health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain standards on listed, heritage and luxury properties.
• Report progress to senior leadership and support project budgeting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑end residential or refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
• Excellent communication, coordination and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
