About the role

Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Chelmsford as a Site Process Engineer. You will be responsible for improving production processes, driving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams to implement best‑practice solutions.
• Use data‑driven methods to monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues and recommend actions.
• Lead or contribute to process‑improvement projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Provide technical training and support to colleagues, fostering a learning culture.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communicator able to convey technical information clearly.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across functions.
