Site Reliability Engineer – AWS & Kubernetes (Remote UK)

About the role

Join a global leader in AI‑powered customer experience to build and support highly secure, cloud‑native platforms that deliver critical national services. As a Site Reliability Engineer you will ensure large‑scale production environments remain available, resilient and continuously improved through automation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain highly available production platforms running on AWS.
• Respond to and manage 24/7 production incidents, performing root‑cause analysis.
• Develop automation to reduce manual operational tasks and enhance platform resilience.
• Build and improve monitoring, alerting and observability across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Software, Platform, Cloud and Security Engineers to drive reliability.
• Support containerised workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.

Required profile

• Experience in SRE, Production Engineering, Cloud Operations or NOC environments.
• Strong Linux systems administration background.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Familiarity with incident management and production support.
