Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Site Reliability Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will design, implement and maintain highly available, reliable and scalable systems within the Azure ecosystem, working closely with development and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure platform operation, security, reliability, efficiency and governance across Azure environments.
• Develop, maintain and enhance automated tooling, configuration management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide 24x7 incident response, conduct post‑mortems and implement permanent fixes.
• Support engineering teams in building highly available, scalable solutions.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning and drive Azure migration projects.
• Mentor team members on DevOps and SRE best practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering high‑quality, reliable cloud services.
• Comfortable navigating complex technical environments and solving challenging problems.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Azure services (compute, networking, storage, database, security, IAM, cost management).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep and ARM templates.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
