About the role

We are seeking a Site Sales Consultant to join our Cricklewood Development on a fixed‑term basis. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, helping them through viewings, purchase processes and handovers while representing our brand in the South West England market.

Key responsibilities

Proactively contact prospective purchasers
Attend and drive launch events
Report client feedback and weekly sales figures
Conduct buyer completion handovers
Accompany viewings and provide on‑site support
Carry out ongoing market research

Required profile

Self‑motivated and able to work independently
Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities
Proven track record in sales, preferably in property or new‑home sales
Ability to manage and forecast a sales pipeline
Confident dealing with difficult customers and clients
