Site Supervisor – Precast Concrete Projects

About the role

Creagh Concrete is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on‑site installation of precast concrete products across the UK. You will ensure that works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with project teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations and installation activities.
• Coordinate site labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, RAMS, and project specifications.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Liaise with project managers, main contractors, and clients.
• Monitor progress against the programme and report on site activities.
• Maintain site records, permits, and quality documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar construction role.
• Background in precast concrete, structural concrete, or civil construction is advantageous.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification preferred.
• Valid CSCS card (required).
• Willingness to travel and work on sites throughout the UK.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings.
• Knowledge of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).
