Site Supervisor - School Facilities & Security

About the Role

Join Lower Fields Primary Academy, a vibrant and culturally diverse school located on the outskirts of Bradford. We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to ensure our learning environment remains safe, clean, and well-maintained for our students aged 3 to 11.

Main Missions

• Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the academy's buildings and grounds.
• Manage cleaning schedules to ensure high standards of hygiene across the site.
• Ensure the overall security of the premises and implement safety protocols.
• Perform and record all necessary safety checks and inspections using the Trust's electronic reporting system.
• Maintain the vast outdoor spaces to support outdoor learning opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in facilities management, site supervision, or a similar maintenance role.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail regarding safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting and administrative logging.
• A commitment to supporting a safe educational environment for children.
