Site Supervisor – Short‑Term School Refurbishment

About the role
We are seeking a competent Site Supervisor for a small school refurbishment project in Plymouth. The role starts immediately and lasts approximately three weeks, offering a fast‑paced environment where safety and quality are paramount.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a small workforce on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard.
- Maintain site diaries, records, and daily progress reports.
- Liaise with senior management, client representatives, consultants, and the supply chain as required.
- Assist with basic decorating tasks where needed.
Required profile
- Relevant construction project experience, preferably on refurbishment schemes.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification and valid First Aid at Work.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands‑on leadership style.
- Ability to start immediately and reside within commuting distance of Plymouth.
