Skilled Baker – High‑Volume Bakery – £30k + Overtime

About the role

We are looking for a Skilled Baker to join a busy, large‑scale bakery operation in London. You will work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment producing burger buns, breads and pastries to consistently high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries using modern equipment.
• Hand‑mould, mix dough and operate ovens.
• Run bakery machinery such as mixers, conveyors, weighing and moulding equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain hygiene, cleaning and safety standards.
• Minimise waste while delivering consistent product quality.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a baker.
• Experience in a large‑scale bakery, factory or hotel environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
