Skilled Bench Joiner – Temp to Perm

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Bench Joiner to join our busy manufacturing team on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role involves producing high‑quality bespoke joinery for retail, commercial and interior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture bespoke joinery products from technical drawings.
• Produce retail displays, shop‑fitting units, furniture and commercial interior items.
• Work with a range of materials such as MDF, laminates, veneers, acrylics and hardwoods.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, finish and carry out quality inspections on completed products.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, Workshop Joiner or Production Joiner.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Previous experience in joinery manufacturing, shop‑fitting, retail displays or bespoke furniture.
• Full UK driving licence.
