About the role

We are a leading precision engineering company seeking an experienced Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker to join our team in Romford. The role involves producing high‑spec sheet‑metal components to tight tolerances while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture fine limit sheet‑metal components from engineering drawings, specifications and templates.
• Form, bend, cut and assemble sheet‑metal parts using hand tools and specialised machinery.
• Carry out fitting, drilling, countersinking and riveting operations.
• Measure and inspect finished components with precision equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and keep the workspace safe and organised.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience working to tight tolerances in a precision environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team.
