About the role
We are seeking a Skilled Labourer to join a busy groundwork contractor in Waterloiville. The position is ideal for candidates with solid groundwork experience who can confidently support groundworkers on site. The role is ongoing, full‑time and easily reachable by train from Petersfield Station.
Key responsibilities
- Assist groundworkers with drainage, ducting and kerbing works.
- Prepare sites and provide general groundwork support.
- Dig, lay materials and move plant equipment safely.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout the site.
- Carry out additional general labour duties as required.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience in groundwork operations.
- Reliable, hard‑working attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
