Skilled Labourer – Protective Coating Production

About the role
We are recruiting Skilled Labourers for a specialist provider of protective coating systems. The role is hands‑on, working with pipework and related applications in a factory environment, with full training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual labour tasks, including safe lifting and moving of materials.
- Assist with blasting of pipes, joints and associated components.
- Apply protective coatings to pipework and joints using blast coating equipment.
- Support pre‑qualification testing and quality checking of products.
- Follow health, safety and quality procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Physically capable of performing hands‑on work.
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
- Team‑oriented and able to work in a busy production setting.
- Attention to detail when checking product quality.
Required skills
- Blasting techniques.
- Protective coating application.
- Pipework handling.
What we offer
- £12.71 per hour.
- Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑5:00 pm (weekend work as required).
- Temporary to permanent opportunity.
- Training provided with potential progression to field‑based role.
