Skilled Scaffolder – Full‑Time/Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Scaffolder to join our dynamic construction team in Ringwood. You will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining and dismantling scaffolding structures on a variety of sites, ensuring safe and stable work platforms for teams operating at height.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures using hand and power tools in line with safety standards and project specifications.
• Inspect scaffolding regularly to confirm stability, safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with construction crews to plan scaffold layouts that support specific tasks such as roofing, masonry or electrical work.
• Use carpentry skills to secure components, ensure proper alignment and fabricate custom scaffold parts when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in scaffolding installation and dismantling on commercial or industrial construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations related to scaffolding work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffold plans.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in varied weather conditions.

Required skills

• Hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, plumb bob).
• Power tools (drill, saw).
• Carpentry techniques for securing and aligning scaffold components.
• Fabricating or modifying scaffold components to meet project needs.
