About the role
We are seeking a permanent Skilled Solderer and Wiring Assembler to join our team in Poole. The role involves working on cable and PCB projects, ensuring high‑quality soldering and wiring assembly.
Key responsibilities
- Strip and prep cables for assembly.
- Crimp connectors and assemble wiring cable looms.
- Add terminals to cable ends.
- Perform basic soldering on cables and PCBs.
- Support prototype wiring tasks as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in cable/PCB soldering or prototype wiring.
- Ability to work Monday‑Thursday 8:00‑16:30 and Friday until 13:30.
- Commitment to a 12‑week probationary period leading to permanent employment.
