About the role
Hedin Automotive London is seeking a dedicated SMART Repair Technician for its Croydon site. You will perform high‑quality external cosmetic repairs on customer vehicles and used‑car stock, ensuring each vehicle meets the premium standards of the Mercedes‑Benz brand.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out scratch, scuff, dent and chip repairs on vehicle exteriors.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
- Represent both Hedin Automotive and Mercedes‑Benz with professionalism.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or in a bodyshop environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Positive, team‑focused attitude.
