Smart Repair Technician – Tring

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Smart Repair Technician to join a busy automotive operation in Tring. The role involves performing high‑quality cosmetic repairs on retail and used vehicles within a modern workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out SMART repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including scratches, scuffs, dents and minor body damage.
• Perform alloy wheel refurbishments.
• Prepare surfaces, match colours and refinish paintwork.
• Repair bumpers and panels to manufacturer and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop and meet productivity targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Technician or Cosmetic Repair Technician.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
