SNR Administrator / Sales Coordinator (Shipping & Logistics)

About the role

This position supports the end‑to‑end sales process for a fast‑growing shipping and logistics business. You will act as the primary liaison for customer enquiries, manage order flow, and help promote the brand at trade events.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for sales enquiries via phone, email, website and exhibitions.
• Process and track customer orders across multiple channels, issuing confirmations, pro‑forma invoices and following up on payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, products, stock levels and orders in internal systems.
• Coordinate order hand‑over to warehouse teams, ensuring invoicing accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Monitor stock availability and collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Attend trade shows, showcase products, generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Produce regular sales reports and support catalogue, pricing and sample management.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and keep online product information up to date.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service or account administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive, commercially‑focused mindset and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confidence communicating with customers face‑to‑face, by phone and email.
