Social Community Manager (Gaming & Entertainment)

About the role

We are seeking a Social Community Manager to drive reactive social and cultural content for two iconic gaming brands. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with copywriters and creators to turn trends into on‑brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok, X, Instagram, Reddit, Discord and other platforms for emerging memes and cultural conversations.
• Identify reactive content opportunities and partner with creative teams to produce timely assets.
• Make editorial decisions on timing, tone and brand voice.
• Coordinate approvals with stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Boost engagement, community growth and cultural relevance across social channels.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in social media, community management, editorial or cultural content.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, platform‑native content and trend cycles.
• Strong editorial judgment and proven collaboration skills.
• Experience creating engaging video, image and text formats.
• Portfolio that demonstrates impactful social campaigns.
