Social Content & Community Executive

About the role

We are seeking a social‑native Social Content & Community Executive to manage day‑to‑day community interactions across our clients' social channels and support the creation of social‑first content. This hybrid position blends community moderation, trend insight and hands‑on content production, ensuring our audiences feel heard and our brands stay on‑trend.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions and conversations, maintaining brand tone and safety.
• Moderate discussions, flag sensitive issues and provide escalation reports.
• Identify recurring audience questions, sentiment shifts and content opportunities, feeding insights back to strategy and creative teams.
• Support the creation of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts and emerging formats, turning community insight into brand‑safe ideas.
• Assist on shoots – capture behind‑the‑scenes footage, conduct street‑style vox pops, manage release forms and help coordinate set‑up.
• Track emerging trends, formats, sounds and creator styles to inform content strategy.

Required profile

• Comfortable navigating social platforms and understanding online community behaviour.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to respond in brand‑aligned tone.
• Confident appearing on camera and engaging with the public for content capture.
• Organised, able to manage release forms and basic shoot administration.
• Curious about cultural trends and capable of translating insights into content ideas.
