Social Content & Community Manager – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Social Content & Community Manager to join a globally recognised entertainment and gaming brand on a six‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. Working in a fast‑paced social team, you will turn emerging online trends into engaging content that resonates with passionate gaming audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit and other online communities to spot emerging trends, memes and cultural moments.
• Identify reactive content opportunities and develop social‑first ideas.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and video editors to produce high‑quality social content quickly.
• Make editorial decisions on brand voice, timing and cultural relevance.
• Manage the flow of reactive content from idea through to publication.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to keep approvals moving efficiently.
• Support community engagement by understanding what matters most to fan audiences.

Required profile

• Deep immersion in social media and internet culture.
• Experience in social media, community management, content, editorial or digital marketing.
• Genuine passion for gaming, entertainment and online communities.
• Ability to work at pace in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
