Social Creative & Community Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Ribbon Box is seeking a Social Creative & Community Marketing Coordinator to boost its social media presence and nurture its online community. You will work closely with the creative and partnerships teams to produce trend‑driven content across multiple platforms and encourage engagement within the Ribbon Box Community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design and curate engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other channels.
• Conceptualise and produce video content, graphics and still images to drive growth.
• Assist in planning and executing multi‑client marketing campaigns, ensuring brand alignment.
• Research trends with interns and provide recommendations for content strategy.
• Collaborate daily with creative and partnerships teams on content planning.
• Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates and community members to manage brand reputation.
• Plan and execute social activations that promote the community forum and encourage sign‑ups.
• Moderate the community forum, respond to questions and maintain a positive brand presence.
• Host live sessions on TikTok, Instagram and podcast episodes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, community management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency with major social media platforms and community forum marketing.
