Social & Distribution Lead

About the role

Flagright is seeking a Social & Distribution Lead to own and scale its global marketing distribution and social strategy. Based in London, you will drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth across key markets by turning content into high‑impact distribution assets and managing the executive publishing rhythm.

Key responsibilities

• Own the distribution engine for company content, executive thought leadership, launches, webinars, reports and event moments.
• Build and run the founder/executive publishing rhythm on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Transform long‑form assets into multiple high‑quality distribution units (carousels, short‑form posts, POV threads, clips, quote cards, event recaps).
• Maintain the company social calendar aligned with GTM priorities rather than generic engagement.
• Package technical content into buyer‑friendly formats.
• Manage the monthly company newsletter.
• Support field and ABM by amplifying event narratives before and after executive programs, conferences and reports.
• Track social‑assisted traffic, engaged accounts, executive publishing cadence and distribution efficiency.
• Ideate and improve community engagement and build a lightweight employee‑advocacy motion.
