Social Lead – Strategy & Community Management

About the role

Based in the UK, the Social Lead will drive social strategy and community management for Greenpark’s key verticals, including food & drink, beauty, pharma and luxury. You will work hybrid, spending two days a week in the London office, and collaborate closely with content, creative and paid media teams to deliver data‑led, performance‑focused social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy and community management across food & drink, beauty, pharma and luxury accounts, tailoring approaches to each vertical's audience and objectives.
• Mentor and manage social and community teams, providing direction, quality control and governance across markets.
• Partner with content, creative and paid media teams to develop platform‑native content that drives awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Champion social search best practices and advise on AI visibility to strengthen brand presence in AI‑generated answers.
• Own insight and reporting, from social listening and competitor benchmarking to campaign analysis, presenting strategic recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading social media strategy and community management, with a track record of mentoring teams across markets.
• Experience working across multiple verticals such as luxury, beauty, FMCG, food & drink and pharma/healthcare, preferably in regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats and the role of social in publishing.

• Expert knowledge of social reporting and analytics, with ability to interpret data and shape strategy.
• Proficiency in social listening tools and analysis to inform decision‑making.
