Social Media & Content Designer (Founder‑Led Brand)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Designer to join our founder‑led brand and content operation. Working closely with the founder and the video content lead, you will turn ideas into compelling social‑first assets across Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social channels, planning, scheduling and publishing content.
• Design graphics, quote cards, carousels, thumbnails and other visual assets.
• Support video ideation, scripting, shoot preparation and post‑production packaging.
• Transform long‑form interviews, articles or speeches into bite‑size social pieces.
• Generate fresh formats, hooks and ideas for founder‑led content and related business ventures.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design sense with an eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable with basic short‑form video concepts such as hooks, pacing, thumbnails and captions.
• Excellent written communication and highly organised.
• Curiosity about entrepreneurship, business, health, technology and personal branding.

What we offer

• Salary £40‑70k GBP, dependent on experience.
