Social Media & Content Lead

About the role

ERDEM is seeking a highly organised and creative Social Media & Content Lead to own its social channels and shape the brand’s content strategy. You will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Director to drive audience growth, engagement and support global campaigns, fashion shows and brand events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with ERDEM’s brand identity and business objectives.
• Create and manage engaging content—including videos, stories, reels and posts—across all platforms while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Curate user‑generated and community content to boost visibility and foster a strong brand community.
• Monitor, analyse and report on social performance using analytics tools, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Support global campaign production, coordinating shoot logistics, asset tracking and post‑production workflows.

Required profile

• Highly organised professional with a strong creative eye for fashion and luxury branding.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms and emerging formats.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proactive team player comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience creating video, story, reel and post content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools to monitor performance and generate reports.
• Ability to manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages in a brand‑appropriate manner.
• Knowledge of content calendar planning and coordination of production logistics.
