Social Media Executive

About the role

By Dr. Vali is a luxury cosmetic dermatology brand seeking a hands‑on Social Media Executive to own content creation, community building and social media management across all brand platforms. The role sits at the centre of a fast‑scaling medical‑luxury business and reports directly to the Head of Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Film, produce and publish original short‑form video content daily using an iPhone, DJI Osmo Pocket or equivalent mobile equipment.
• Post‑produce all assets in‑house with tools such as CapCut or Instagram Edits, handling colour grading, text overlays, audio layering, transitions and music selection.
• Create reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels and static posts from concept through final edit without external videographers.
• Write on‑brand captions, scripts, hooks and text overlays that reflect the brand’s clinical authority and luxury positioning.
• Develop and follow monthly content calendars and campaign briefs.
• Engage daily with other profiles, build relationships with creators and clients, and turn the brand’s social presence into an active community.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing a product‑focused social media presence (e.g., DTC launch, seeding programme, influencer gifting, community conversion).
• Comfortable creating and publishing content independently, without waiting for external production teams.
• Strong understanding of how social media drives product growth and revenue.
• Ability to work on the clinic floor at Selfridges alongside clinical teams and interact directly with senior leadership.

Required skills

• Mobile video capture using iPhone and DJI Osmo Pocket.
• Video editing with CapCut, Instagram Edits or comparable desktop/mobile tools.
• Copywriting for social media captions, scripts and overlays.
• Knowledge of colour grading, audio layering, transitions and music selection for short‑form content.
