Social Media Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We're looking for a creative, data‑driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic UKI marketing team. The role will build brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn and other key platforms, champion employee advocacy and amplify both UK‑led campaigns and global content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead LinkedIn strategy for the UKI region, driving brand awareness, engagement and follower growth.
• Develop and execute content strategies across Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Manage LinkedIn content for the UK&I CEO and senior business leaders, supporting thought‑leadership.
• Champion employee advocacy by activating staff as brand ambassadors.
• Collaborate with the UKI marketing team to create social‑first content, including video, graphics and copy.
• Partner with the global social media team to amplify global content and ensure regional relevance.
• Represent UKI in the global social media centre of excellence, sharing best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to continuously optimise strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other social platforms in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, copywriting and visual storytelling.
• Experience with video creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere or CapCut.
• Experience using social media management and monitoring platforms like Sprinklr, Hootsuite or Brandwatch.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data, KPIs and performance optimisation.
