Social Media Manager – Creative & Data‑Driven

About the role

Our client is seeking a creative and commercially minded Social Media Manager to join a fast‑moving marketing team. You will own organic social activity across several consumer and business brands, delivering campaigns that boost awareness, engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow organic social channels for multiple brands.
• Plan, create and publish engaging content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Generate campaign ideas and collaborate with designers and copywriters.
• Produce copy and basic video edits independently.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Manage online communities and respond to customer interactions.
• Support wider marketing initiatives and work with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating social media content and copy.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
