Social Media Manager – Digital Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of both Pharmica, an award‑winning online pharmacy, and Onevit, our premium vitamins and supplements brand. You will own strategy, content planning and production, ensuring each brand’s voice is distinct while driving engagement and sales across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars for Pharmica and Onevit.
• Plan, film, edit and publish short‑form video, reels, UGC and educational content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Present on‑camera product and health topics confidently and accurately.
• Mentor and manage a Social Media Content Executive, reviewing output and providing feedback.
• Set up and optimise TikTok Shop and other social commerce channels to boost sales.
• Source, brief and manage relationships with UGC creators and influencers.
• Analyse performance data to refine tactics and report results to the Digital Marketing Team.

Required profile

• Experience creating and managing social media content for regulated health or wellness brands.
• Strong understanding of platform‑specific best practices and audience behaviours.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and on‑camera.
• Ability to switch tone between professional health information and trend‑led lifestyle messaging.
