Social Media Manager – Gaming Bar

About the role

XP Tavern, one of London’s most vibrant gaming bars, is seeking a Social Media Manager to turn its online channels into a lively hub for gamers and hospitality lovers. You will work on‑site, creating and curating short‑form video content that showcases tournaments, themed events, cocktails, and the overall bar experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit high‑performing Reels and TikToks on‑site, highlighting gaming action, drinks, and events.
• Own the monthly content calendar and maintain a consistent brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Engage the community by responding to DMs/comments, collaborating with influencers, and encouraging user‑generated content.
• Track reach, growth, and engagement metrics and adjust strategy based on data.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing commercial brand accounts, preferably in hospitality, gaming, or entertainment.
• Active portfolio with proven short‑form video success (links required).
• Passion for gaming culture and nightlife/hospitality.

Required skills

• Advanced mobile filmmaking, lighting, and video editing.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
