Social Media Manager

About the role

Club L London is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to own and grow its global social presence across key platforms. You will design and execute a standout social strategy that builds brand awareness, drives engagement and supports commercial growth for a premium fashion retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Plan and execute social‑first content aligned with campaigns, events and key trading moments.
• Own the social content calendar, ensuring consistent, premium storytelling.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Events and E‑commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Social Media team, providing direction and feedback.
• Monitor performance, analyse insights and optimise content to drive engagement and growth.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates and cultural moments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for a premium fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Highly strategic with the ability to translate brand objectives into engaging campaigns.
• Excellent creative judgement and eye for premium visual content.
• Commercially minded, using performance data to inform decisions.
• Passionate about fashion, culture and emerging social trends.
• Exceptional organisation and project‑management skills.
• Confident working cross‑functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
