Social Media Manager – Music Experience

About the role

We are partnering with a creative social agency to find a passionate Social Media Manager with a love for music. Based in Central London (hybrid), you will support a portfolio of entertainment, lifestyle and consumer brands, creating social‑first content that builds communities and drives audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build weekly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Curate, create and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Write on‑brand copy and captions tailored to diverse audiences.
• Monitor platform and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas to campaigns.
• Own selected client accounts, supporting campaign planning, creative briefing and performance analysis.
• Manage publishing, tagging and community engagement.
• Track content performance and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
• Ensure all content follows best practice, brand guidelines and platform requirements.
• Support senior team members with client communications and feedback implementation.

Required profile

• 6–24 months experience in social media, digital or content‑focused roles, preferably within agency, entertainment, music or creator environments.
• Strong passion for social media, digital culture and emerging trends.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced teammates.
• Interest in content strategy, audience growth and campaign performance.
