Social Media Manager & Strategist – Creator Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Strategist who can both design and execute social‑first campaigns for leading consumer brands. You will work in a hybrid London office, shaping creator‑driven strategies and delivering day‑to‑day account management for clients such as Jack Daniel’s, De’Longhi and E.ON Next.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Create and manage content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple platforms.
• Write engaging copy that reflects each brand’s tone of voice.
• Manage online communities, monitor audience engagement and respond to interactions.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, emerging trends and creator opportunities, including AI tools.
• Collaborate closely with client services, creator and creative teams to ensure cohesive delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media strategy and management.
• Strong background in creator marketing and community management.
• Excellent copywriting and content planning abilities.
• Experience working with client services and delivering measurable results.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.

• Competitive salary £35,000‑£45,000 per year, dependent on experience.
