Social Media Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Social Media Officer to join our dynamic team in London. You will help shape a customer‑centric experience by creating relevant, data‑driven content across our social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activity on LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms, adapting content for each channel.
• Create and launch impactful campaigns, multimedia assets such as daily briefs, infographics and videos.
• Develop social media strategies that encourage informed discussion and customer acquisition.
• Monitor, track, analyse and report performance metrics, providing insights for optimisation.
• Research emerging trends and techniques to improve measurement and engagement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms, especially for advertising or branding.
• Innovative thinker with strong copywriting and editing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, thriving in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment.
• Up‑to‑date with news and cultural trends to keep content relevant.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Experience creating multimedia content (infographics, videos).
• Ability to analyse social media data and generate reports.
