About the role

We are looking for a confident, commercially‑minded Social Media & Partnership Manager to help grow our ambitious financial services brand in South East England. The role blends business development, relationship management, social media, marketing and community engagement, with a strong focus on face‑to‑face networking.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the brand by managing all social media platforms and creating weekly engaging content.
• Coordinate photography and video production, manage blogs, newsletters and improve website SEO.
• Increase online visibility through reviews and local marketing initiatives.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with estate agents, solicitors, accountants, financial advisers and local businesses.
• Arrange coffees, lunches and networking events, providing referral and pipeline updates.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that generate long‑term business growth.
