Social Media Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Social Media Strategist to shape the digital presence of our premium fragrance brand. You will work closely with marketing, PR, influencer, creative and e‑commerce teams to develop social‑first storytelling that drives engagement, awareness and growth across the UK and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
• Plan, execute and optimise social campaigns, product launch storytelling and paid social initiatives.
• Oversee daily content creation, scheduling and publishing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and later on Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Manage the in‑house Content Creator, providing briefs, creative direction and feedback.
• Monitor, analyse and report performance metrics, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and foster community interaction.
• Collaborate with external agencies or influencers for joint campaigns and manage crisis communication when needed.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of premium branding, luxury consumer behaviour and influencer culture.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate brand vision into measurable social concepts.
• Trend‑savvy, culturally aware and capable of identifying cultural opportunities.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media data.
