Social Sustainability Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Sustainability Manager to shape and deliver Nest’s social sustainability strategy. You will translate enterprise‑wide sustainability ambitions into concrete actions that generate measurable impact for employees, members and wider communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate programmes across diversity, equity and inclusion, social mobility, community impact and responsible workplace practice.
• Integrate social sustainability considerations into business decisions, procurement, governance and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and business cases for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, internal inclusion groups, external partners and procurement teams to embed inclusive and sustainable practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing or delivering DEI, social sustainability or organisational culture programmes.
• Strong project‑management skills handling multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation.
• Excellent analytical ability, especially interpreting people‑related data.
• Effective communication and influencing skills for senior audiences.

Required skills

• Experience creating reports, dashboards or governance documents.
