About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Software Developer Trainee programme. The four‑step training will equip you with modern web and programming skills and culminate in a guaranteed entry‑level development placement with a salary between £25k and £40k.

Key responsibilities

• Complete online HTML and CSS courses (12 weeks) and pass associated assessments.
• Progress through advanced modules covering command line, Git, GitHub, JavaScript and Python (12 weeks).
• Develop a portfolio website project to showcase your abilities.
• Optionally undertake AWS Cloud Practitioner and Azure Administrator certification courses.
• Collaborate with assigned tutors and mentors throughout the training.
• Secure a full‑time junior software development role upon successful completion.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for a career in software development.
• Ability to study independently online.
• Basic computer literacy; no prior coding experience required.
