Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce engineering standards across the platform.
• Guide the evolution of the customer‑facing product suite.
• Balance team leadership, technical depth, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure systems are maintainable, secure, and high‑performing.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a SaaS or product‑led environment.
• Hands‑on background as a software engineer (C#/.NET or modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks).
• Proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Experience building and operating systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of automated testing and QA practices.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and solve complex problems.
