Software Engineer – Backend, Frontend or Full‑Stack (C++, Rust, Python, React, WebGL)

About the role

The company is a pioneering deep‑tech firm building the foundational software and AI that powers the autonomous age. As a Software Engineer you will join an elite team developing the operating layer that lets organisations task, control, and act on data from fleets of autonomous assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend infrastructure that enables autonomous systems to collaborate, process data at scale, and take real‑time actions.
• Develop high‑performance, data‑dense visualisation interfaces in React and WebGL for operators to monitor and control assets under pressure.
• Contribute across the full stack, switching between backend and frontend work where impact is greatest.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of the autonomous platform.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering fundamentals in C++, Java, Rust, or Python for backend development, or in React and WebGL for frontend development.
• Genuine motivation to work in critical sectors such as ethical defence, civil defence, or humanitarian applications.
• Comfort with ambiguity, high autonomy, and ownership of complex technical challenges.
