Software Engineer (C#, TypeScript)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join Content Guru’s head‑office in Bracknell. You will work on applications and services that support our global cloud CX platform, taking part in the full software development lifecycle from design through to deployment and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and applications using C# and TypeScript to meet customer and project requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to design specifications and refinements.
• Participate in testing, debugging and performance optimisation, and support release deployments.
• Maintain documentation and ensure solutions align with internal standards and best practices.
• Collaborate in team ceremonies, conduct code reviews and support teammates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of commercial software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• C# programming.
• TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL relational databases.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI pipelines.
• Experience with software testing and debugging.
