Software Engineer – Full-Stack (NodeJS, React, Typescript)

About the role

You will join a small, high‑impact engineering team that builds and maintains both customer‑facing and internal applications for a multi‑sector recruitment group. The role offers end‑to‑end ownership of features, the chance to shape the team’s technical direction, and exposure to modern tooling and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using NodeJS, React and Typescript.
• Deliver features from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Write clean, testable code and implement testing, monitoring and observability.
• Apply security best practices aligned with ISO 27001.
• Contribute to technical documentation and issue tracking.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Help define system design decisions and roadmap planning.
• Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of software engineering experience, preferably full‑stack.
• Proven ability to ship production applications with React and NodeJS.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and methodical debugging approach.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Async environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, self‑directed and able to manage multiple priorities.
