About the role
Tripadvisor Experiences is seeking a Software Engineer II to join its fast‑growing team. The role is based within commuting distance of London and follows a remote‑first model with periodic in‑person gatherings.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack features, primarily on backend systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Release code to production frequently, participating in daily release cycles.
- Contribute to both Java‑based services and occasional front‑end projects.
Required profile
- Strong proficiency in an object‑oriented programming language.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to learn front‑end technologies as needed.
