Software Engineer

About the role

We’re seeking exceptional Software Engineers to help build all areas of our product, from APIs and database interactions to agent management and scalable infrastructure. Our platform lets the people closest to the problem build real, production‑grade software by describing what they need in plain English, meeting enterprise standards for security, compliance, reliability and scalability. You’ll play a pivotal role in the early stage of development, shaping the product and the company. The core services are written in Rust and communicate via gRPC, and we support and train engineers eager to learn this stack.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the product, focusing on APIs, database interactions, and agent management.
• Contribute to any area of expertise, both within engineering and beyond, taking ownership and impact.

Required profile

• Curious and pragmatic engineers passionate about meaningful impact.
• Prior experience writing backend systems is valuable; no prior Rust experience required as training will be provided.
